The collection by the jewelry house SASONKO - a company from St. Petersburg, which main goal is to preserve and develop the traditions of the author's Russian jewelry art - was presented to european public. The "Images of the Russian Ballet" collection is a project of the main artist of the Jewelry House, which unites high jeweler skills and the art of classical ballet: decorations repeat the silhouettes of ballerinas dressed in bright tutus. With the use of sophisticated techniques for applying hot enamel, rings, earrings, pendants and necklaces seem almost weightless and in their forms one can catch a barely frozen dance movements. For the first time, the collection was presented on December 5, 2012 at the Bolshoi Theater of Moscow, and the illustrious prima of the Mariinsky Theater, Ulyana Lopatkina, was the face of it.
